La Junta impulsa la integración social y laboral de personas vulnerables con ayudas para empresas de inserción.

The Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Employment has today published in Bocyl the call for the three lines of subsidies aimed at supporting the activity and employment in insertion companies in Castilla y León. These grants seek to consolidate and strengthen the important social and economic work carried out by these entities by promoting job placement and social inclusion of individuals who, for various reasons, are at risk or in situations of social exclusion.

Castilla y León | Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Employment

The purpose of these subsidies, aimed at insertion companies, is to facilitate the hiring and maintenance of employment for individuals in vulnerable situations by co-financing the salary costs of the hired individuals, investments related to job creation, and expenses related to hiring technical staff that support and accompany the workers in their insertion processes.

These social economy entities play an essential role in supporting individuals in the community who are in situations of particular vulnerability by offering them comprehensive support that includes job placement, training, and accompaniment, with the ultimate goal of supporting the normalization of their lives. Access to employment and the support they receive allows them to regain income, improve their qualifications, overcome their fear of the job market, and enhance their self-esteem and motivation, facilitating their social inclusion process.

In order to support this work, the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Employment is calling for three lines of subsidies. The first is aimed at the hiring and maintenance of employment for individuals in insertion, with an economic aid of €12,120 per worker hired on a full-time basis for a period of twelve months. This amount will be reduced proportionally based on the duration of the workday and the contract duration.

In this line, the deadline for submitting applications will remain open from August 1, 2025, until September 16, 2025.

The second call is aimed at financing the hiring of technical staff responsible for carrying out orientation, mentoring, training, and accompaniment actions in the development of pathways for job insertion in the regular job market.

In this case, the amount of the aid will be €33,250 per full-time contract for a period of 12 months. The subsidy will be reduced proportionally based on the effective working time within the eligible period, the workday, and the number of individuals in the insertion process assisted, which cannot exceed 12.

Applications for aid in this line can be submitted from tomorrow until September 15, 2025.

Finally, grants are called to finance fixed investment linked to the creation of new job positions, funding up to 90% of the investment made, with a limit of €13,300 per job position created.

In this case, the deadline for submitting applications will be between August 1, 2025, and September 16, 2025.

The initial budget for the three lines called is €995,000, which can be increased to €3,850,000 if necessary. Access to the grants will be available to the 19 social insertion companies currently operating in Castilla y León, employing a total of 385 workers, 238 of whom are in situations or at risk of exclusion.
