Destacan el «éxito» de ‘Alimentos de Valladolid’ en gala ‘Somos 500’

The President of the Provincial Council, Conrado Íscar, has highlighted the «success» achieved in almost ten years of promoting the ‘Alimentos de Valladolid’ brand, which has been achieved by all the companies adhering to it, and has praised the «enormous perseverance and the quality of the food produced in this land.»

«The merit is not ours, we only showcase your reality,» expressed the provincial leader during his speech at the ‘Somos 500’ gala organized by the provincial institution at the Casa de la Música and Teatro de Arroyo de la Encomienda as a recognition of the work of the companies adhering to the brand.

The maximum authority of the Valladolid Provincial Council has closed a gala attended by the Mayor of Valladolid, Jesús Julio Carnero, former president of the provincial institution that launched the brand, as well as the Mayor of Arroyo de la Encomienda, Sarbelio Fernández, and various authorities.

During the gala, tribute was paid to the five companies that were the first to register in the territorial brand in each of the sectors: Bodegas Familiares Matarromera (Valbuena de Duero) in the producers sector; Sibaritas Klub (Valladolid) in the hospitality sector; Charcutería Félix (Medina de Rioseco) in the retail sector; Etxealde Distribuciones (Valladolid) in the distribution sector, and the Provincial Association of Confectionery Entrepreneurs (Valladolid) in the entities sector.

«I sincerely believe that we have achieved this and more,» stated the President of the Provincial Council, emphasizing in his speech that «it is a success achieved by all. There are no secrets when seeking the success of the brand, only your immense perseverance and the quality of the food produced in this land.»
