La Junta de Gobierno Local ha aprobado en su reunión de hoy las licencias ambiental y de obras con uso provisional de suelo para la construcción de un nuevo complejo turístico de hospedaje y hostelería en la Avenida de Santander, conocido como ‘La Pava’. El proyecto incluye la creación de un hostal con piscina y jardines, una carpa de eventos que funcionará como restaurante y sala de fiestas, y un espacio al aire libre para la celebración de eventos y conciertos. El establecimiento estará dividido en tres áreas distintas: el hostal, la carpa y la terraza exterior. – El hostal tendrá una superficie útil de 408,90 m², distribuidos en planta baja (271,78 m²), sótano (35,39 m²) y planta primera (101,73 m²). – La carpa contará con 416,75 m² útiles, con zonas para el público, cocina, barra, guardarropa y aseos. – La terraza tendrá una superficie de 954,58 m². La capacidad máxima permitida será de 1.276 personas, con un aforo de 270 personas en la carpa y 972 personas en la terraza exterior.

The Local Government Board has approved in its session today the environmental and construction licenses with provisional land use for the execution of a tourist accommodation and hospitality complex on Santander Avenue, called ‘La Pava’.

The project, with an investment of 868,308 euros, includes the creation of a hostel with a pool and gardens; an event marquee for use as a restaurant and party venue, and an outdoor space for events and concerts.

Therefore, the establishment will have three distinct spaces: hostel, marquee, and outdoor terrace.

-The hostel will have 408.90 m² of usable space. Ground floor (271.78 m²), basement (35.39 m²), and first floor (101.73 m²).

-The marquee will have 416.75 m² of usable space, with 327.58 m² allocated to the public area, 35.98 m² to kitchen and service, 14.62 m² to bar and cloakroom, and 31.89 m² to toilets.

-The terrace will have an area of 954.58 m².
