The Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Sports has announced grants totaling 1.2 million euros on Wednesday to ensure the activity in sports clubs and sports anonymous companies within the ‘Cantera Program’.
As published in the Official Bulletin of Castilla y León (Bocyl), sports clubs and anonymous sports companies registered in the Sports Entities Registry of Castilla y León may qualify as beneficiaries of the grants being announced.
In addition, these clubs must have teams that compete in national or international official leagues or competitions of absolute category as outlined in the official calendars of the corresponding Sports Federations or have teams in Level I Spanish Championships.
The purpose of these grants is to ensure the development of sports activity and contribute to the consolidation of the sports structure of clubs and sports anonymous companies.
The total amount of the allocated credit is 1,200,000 euros, so the amount of the grant for each beneficiary can reach one hundred percent of the requested amount and will be proportional to the score obtained based on the evaluation criteria, with a limit of 100,000 euros.
The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen working days from tomorrow, Thursday, May 1.
